Please fill out this form or email requests@baltseafarers.org when requesting service.

If requesting transportation please include the date, number of crew members going ashore, the destination, and requested pickup time and time returning to the vessel.

We will do our best to fulfill your request, but please remember we have limited staff and may not always be able to accommodate you.
